Q. How long will it take for my web site to be designed and built?
A. Projects are completed in the order they are received, and the time scale for a website design project is usually 21 days to a month from the start date. The most common delay in the creation and completion of a new website is waiting for content (text/images) to be sent to me by the client.

Q. Will we need to have a meeting in connection with the websites design?
A. While it is preferred to meet in person, we can go over all details via phone calls and e-mails. I will also put a “mock up” on the internet for you to see. The “mock up” will only be able to be accessed by you and myself.

Q.Can I request specific elements be added to my project?
A. Yes, so long as the element is realistically possible and will not detract from your project; my clients can have their special requests honored. My clients’ wishes are top priority and every aspect of the project is gone over before the project is completed. If you have any ideas don’t hesitate to make them known.

Q. Once my website is completed, what services do you offer?
A. Once your site has been completed I fully maintain every aspect of the site. For a minimal yearly maintenance fee I check links and pages three times a year to make sure that they work properly and I also make any small changes that you would like. If you have some pictures that need to be added or if you would like some of the wording to be changed, it is included in your yearly maintenance.

Q. Do I have to keep my website with you or can I move it to another supplier if I wish?
A. You will own the domain and the content of the website. If at any time you are not happy with my work you have the option to move to another supplier.

Q. In what format should I supply text and photographs for my website?
A. It is preferred for text to either be in MS word or a similar format and for photographs to be supplied in JPEG format. If this is not possible I will work with you to get the necessary information ready for your website.

Q. Will everyone see my web site the same?
A. While I test your site on different browsers, the way your site will be seen also depends on their screen resolution setting, toolbars and the browser they use.
I currently have a site through a different company; can I have you “take over” my site?
Yes. I would need any account information from your current web designer, such as username and password as well as the current host site and or location.
    
Q. Can I sell items though my website?
A. Yes you can. Depending on the hosting site that is used for your site I will either use PayPal or the feature that the hosting site has. Either way it will be safe and easy for your customers to use.
