Welcome to Zutter Design. My name is Joe Zutter and two of my greatest passions in life are building websites and troubleshooting computers. I started fixing friends and relative's computers about five years ago, using my own experiences in fixing the computer problems that I had to help me better serve my customers. Many of my customers prefer me to help them troubleshoot their computers rather than having to deal with other, higher priced services. I have been building my clientele ever since. I am a graduate of Mohawk Valley Community College with a degree in Web Site Design and Management.
