Welcome to Zutter Design. My name is Joe Zutter and two of my greatest passions in life are building websites and troubleshooting computers. I am a graduate of Mohawk Valley Community College with a degree in Web Site Designand Management. I started fixing friends and relatives computers more than five years ago, using my own experiences to help me better serve my customers. I have been building my clientele ever since. Many of my customers prefer me to help them troubleshoot their computers rather than having to deal with other, higher priced services.
